DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

Tech Tips


    The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) controls the items for the following systems that are customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen:

  • Power door lock control system

  • Wireless door lock control system

  • Lighting system (for Interior)

  • Lighting system (for Exterior)

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally Click here.

      OK
      CAN communication DTCs are not output.

  2. CHECK POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM


    1. Check if the power door lock control system is malfunctioning Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the power door lock control system.

      OK
      No malfunctions are present in the power door lock control system.

  3. CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM

To match-up the items on the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen with the items on the Techstream, check the customize parameters list for the power door lock control system related items that can be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen Click here.

    2. Using the Techstream, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.
