DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

Tip:
  • The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) controls the items for the following systems that are customizable via the radio and display receiver assembly screen:

  • Power door lock control system

  • Wireless door lock control system (w/ Entry and Start System)

  • Wireless door lock control system (w/o Entry and Start System)

  • Lighting system (INT)

  • Lighting system (EXT)

When replacing the radio and display receiver assembly, it is necessary to perform the vehicle contract setting for Connected Services (w/ Connected Services Function).

    CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.


      OK
      CAN communication DTCs are not output.

    CHECK POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM


    1. Check if the power door lock control system is malfunctioning (Click here).

      Tip:

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the power door lock control system.

      No malfunctions are present in the power door lock control system.

    CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM


    1. Check if the wireless door lock control system is malfunctioning.


      Tip:

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the wireless door lock control system.

      OK
      No malfunctions are present in the wireless door lock control system.

    CHECK LIGHTING SYSTEM (EXT)


    1. Check if the lighting system (EXT) is malfunctioning (Click here).

      Tip:

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the lighting system (EXT).

      OK
      No malfunctions are present in the lighting system (EXT).

    CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) related system.

      Tip:

      These items shown as customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In a following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. To match-up the items in the radio and display receiver assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the power door lock control system related items that can be customized via the radio and display receiver assembly screen (Click here).

      2. To match-up the items in the radio and display receiver assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the wireless door lock control system related items that can be customized via the radio and display receiver assembly screen.


      3. To match-up the items in the radio and display receiver assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the lighting system (EXT) related items that can be customized via the radio and display receiver assembly screen (Click here).

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the radio and display receiver assembly screen.
