  • Use the same procedures for the RHD and LHD.

  • The procedures listed below are for the LHD.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A001CEG

      Install the bracket to the No. 1 instrument panel safety pad with the 2 screws.

    2. Install the switch to the No. 1 instrument panel safety pad.

    3. A001DZG

      Install the screw.

    4. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL SWITCH BASE HOLE COVER


    1. Attach the claw and install the cover to the instrument panel safety pad.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH (for LHD)

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (for RHD)

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  8. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER

  9. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

    Click here

  10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

    Note

    Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
