REAR SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. for Sedan:

      Remove the rear seat assembly Click here.

    2. for Wagon:

      Remove the rear seat assembly Click here.

  3. REMOVE SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE


    1. Disconnect the skid control sensor wire connector from the vehicle side connector on the rear floor.

    2. A004SEN

      Disconnect the grommet of the skid control sensor wire from the hole of the wheel house.

    3. A004OPE

      Remove the bolt and sensor clamp from the wheel house gusset.

    4. A004UDC

      Remove the bolt and sensor clamp from the trailing arm bracket.

    5. A004N3C

      Detach the sensor clamp.

    6. Disconnect the connector.

  4. REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY LH (SKID CONTROL SENSOR)
