FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)


    1. for Manual Seat:


      1. B0040PIE01

        *1 Protruding Part

        Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with the nut.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster assembly LH.

      2. B0040LW

        Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

      3. Install the screw.

      4. B0040QA

        Attach the claw to connect the connector.

      5. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

      6. Connect the connector.

    2. for Power Seat:

        Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with the nut.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster assembly LH.

      2. B0040LW

        Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

      3. B0040MS

        Install the screw.

      4. Attach the claw to connect the connector.

      5. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

      6. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. for Manual Seat:


      1. B0040GSE01

        Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH with the nut.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster assembly RH.

      2. B0040J0

        Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

      3. B0040I3

        Install the screw.

      4. Attach the claw to connect the connector.

      5. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

      6. Connect the connector.

    2. for Power Seat:

        Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH with the nut.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster assembly RH.

      2. B0040J0

        Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

      3. Install the screw.

      4. B0040PC

        Attach the claw to connect the connector.

      5. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

      6. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL SEAT SLIDE POSITION SENSOR PROTECTOR (for Driver Side)


    1. for Manual Seat:

      Install the seat slide position sensor protector Click here.

    2. for Power Seat:

      Install the seat slide position sensor protector Click here.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side.
