DESCRIPTION

The driving support ECU receives vehicle speed signals from the skid control ECU via the CAN communication line to control the lane-keeping assist system. When the driving support ECU receives information that there is a malfunction in the vehicle speed sensor, DTC C1A45 is stored.

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1A45 When the vehicle speed is 48 km/h (30 mph) or more with the lane-keeping assist main switch on, a signal indicating a malfunction in the vehicle speed sensor is received from the skid control ECU.

    CHECK FOR DTC (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)


    1. Check for DTCs (Click here).

      OK
      Electrically controlled brake system DTCs are not output.

  2. Click here

    CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs (Click here).

      Tip:

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.


      1. Drive the vehicle at a 50 km/h (31 mph) or more, and operate lane-keeping assist system.

    2. Check for DTCs (Click here).

      OK
      DTC C1A45 is not output.
