  1. Click here

    CHECK SMARTPHONE SETTINGS


    1. Check the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone settings.


      1. Check that the volume is not set to "0".

      2. Check that mute is off.

      3. Check that silent mode is off.

    2. Check that the sound of the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone can be heard.

      Tip:

      Restarting the smartphone may return the application operation to normal.

    1. Check if sounds can be heard from the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone when a "MirrorLink" compatible application is running and it is disconnected from the head unit.

    CHECK APPLICATION RUNNING STATUS


    1. Connect the smartphone to the head unit with a "MirrorLink" compatible application running and check if the "MirrorLink" function can be used and sounds can be heard.

      Tip:

      The "MirrorLink" function may not start if the application is not running.
