DESCRIPTION


The navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 and television display assembly are connected by the AVC-LAN communication line.

When an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 and television display assembly, this DTC will be stored.

When either condition below is met:


  • The television display assembly is/was not connected while the ignition switch is ON or ACC.

  • Communication between the master unit and the television display assembly is not possible when the engine is started.

  • AVC-LAN communication line

  • Television display assembly

  • Navigation receiver assembly*1

  • Radio and display receiver assembly*2

  • Harness or connector

Tech Tips


  • Even if no fault is present, this DTC may be stored depending on the battery condition or engine start voltage.

  • The navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 is the master unit.

      • *2: w/ Navigation System (for Radio and Display Type) or w/o Navigation System

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      1. Disconnect the H57 navigation receiver assembly connector.

    2. w/ Navigation System (for Radio and Display Type) or w/o Navigation System


      1. Disconnect the H52 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    3. Disconnect the W14 television display assembly connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
