INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU - OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR)

    1. Disconnect the R58 ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the X15 sensor connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      R58-1 (GVIF) - X15-1 (GVIF) Always Below 1 Ω
      R58-1 (GVIF) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  2. CHECK OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR


    1. Temporarily replace the object recognition camera sensor with a new or normally functioning one Click here.

    2. Adjust the object recognition camera sensor Click here.

    3. Clear the DTC Click here.

    4. Recheck for DTC Click here.
