FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for 5 Door) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER

      Align the 2 claws B of the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer with the 2 slits.

    2. Push in and install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer while securely engaging the 2 claws A.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the 4 clamps as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the 7 clamps as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the guide and connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

    2. A01VGJM

      Engage the guide and install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the screw.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 6 clamps.

    2. Install the front floor carpet assembly with the clip.

    3. w/ Jack Assembly:


      1. Install the jack assembly.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FLOOR CARPET HOOK

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both sides.

      Insert the hook of the No. 2 floor carpet hook and rotate it 90° in the direction shown by the arrow in the illumination to engage the hook, and install the No. 2 floor carpet hook.

  7. INSTALL JACK COVER

  8. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP


    1. Install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
