Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

  • Fully open the front door glass sub-assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B004R88

      Attach the claw to set the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

      Note

      Hold the outer rear view mirror assembly LH with one hand so that it does not drop.

    2. Install the 3 nuts to install the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

      Install the 2 hole plugs.

      *A w/ Panoramic View Monitor System

      Attach the clamp.

    5. w/ Panoramic View Monitor System:


      1. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

  3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER LH


    1. Attach the claw to set the outer mirror install hole cover LH.

      Attach the clamp.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

    4. Install the outer mirror install hole cover LH.

  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR ARMREST COVER LH

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM UPPER COVER LH

  8. INSPECT FITTING OF FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
