TELEPHONE ANTENNA INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ROOF ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

      When reusing the roof antenna assembly:


      1. Attach a new seal.

    2. B004VP5C02
      B004RMI Install in this Direction(1)
      B004T3S Install in this Direction(2)

      Attach the claw and guide in the order shown in the illustration and install the roof antenna assembly.

    3. Install the roof antenna assembly.

    4. Install a new washer & holder.

    5. B004YS0

      Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.5 N*m  { 97 kgf*cm, 84 in.*lbf }
    6. B004W2C

      Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

  6. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION AND SENSITIVITY CHECK (for Front Passenger Side)

  7. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  8. INSPECT REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

  9. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SYSTEM (w/ Seat Heater System)

  10. INSPECT CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

  11. INSPECT SEAT VIBRATION SYSTEM (w/ Refresh Seat)

  12. INSPECT SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM
