    1. Check whether the "Miracast" functionality is set to "On" in the settings of the customer's device.

      Tip:
      • "Miracast" is normally set to "Off" by default. As a result, the setting must be manually changed to "On".

      • The operation method differs depending on the device. The name "Miracast" also refers to "Screen Mirroring" and "Media Output", etc.

    1. Check that the "Wi-Fi power" setting is "On" in the "Wi-Fi" settings on the television display.

    2. Check that the "Access to network" setting is "Off" in the "Wi-Fi" settings on the television display.*

    3. Check that the "Bluetooth power" setting is "Off" on the multi-display.

      Tip:

      Bluetooth and "Miracast" and "Wi-Fi" use the same 2.4 GHz band radio waves. As a result, the connection may suffer from outages due to radio interference if connecting simultaneously.

    1. Check connection:


      1. Check the connection between the device and "Miracast" on the television display in the vehicle and on the device itself.

      2. Allow Miracast video to be streamed to the television display and wait for 15 seconds.

      3. Check that the smart phone screen is displayed on the television display.

      Tip:

      If the "Miracast" connection cannot be established even after checking, confirm the connection again.
