PROCEDURE

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

   
   
   1. 

      Attach the claw and install the luggage compartment door cushion.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER LH

   
   
   1. 

      Install the luggage compartment door hinge cover LH with the 4 clips.

3. Click here

   INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

   INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

      Install in this Direction (1)

      Install in this Direction (2)

      While bending the rear luggage compartment trim cover toward the inside of the vehicle, install it to the luggage compartment.

      Tip:

      Do not bend the rear luggage compartment trim cover so far that it breaks.

   2. 

      	Install in this Direction
      	Push

      Push the lever in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and install the rope hook.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the opposite side.

   3. 

      Install the rear luggage compartment trim cover with the 6 clips.

   INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System)

      While bending the front luggage compartment trim cover toward the inside of the vehicle, install it to the luggage compartment.

      Tip:

      Do not bend the front luggage compartment trim cover so far that it breaks.

      Install the front luggage compartment trim cover with the 6 clips.

   INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure described for the front luggage compartment trim cover (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System).

   INSTALL INNER LOWER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

      Install the inner lower luggage compartment trim cover with the 8 clips.

      Tip:

      Install the inner lower luggage compartment trim cover so that its edge is not folded between the auxiliary battery and body.

      Install the tool box.

      Note:
      

      • Make sure there are no gaps or looseness.

      • If there are gaps from the installation of the tool box, the luggage compartment mat sub-assembly cannot be neatly installed.

       Install the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

    INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR

    
    
    1. 

       Install the luggage compartment key cylinder protector with the nut.

       5.5 N*m

    INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    
    
    1. 

       Pull

       Pull the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly into the luggage compartment door panel as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the clamp.

    3. 

       Install the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly with the 2 nuts.

       5.5 N*m

       Attach the claw and close the cover.
