AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

   Click here

2. Click here

   REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (for RHD)

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

   Click here

4. Click here

   REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for LHD:

         Clamp

         *b

         Guide

         Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the screw.

      3. Detach the guide to remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly with heater bracket.

   2. for RHD:

         Clamp

         Guide

         Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the screw.

      3. Detach the claw.

      4. Detach the guide to remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly with heater bracket.

   3. 

      *A	for LHD
      *B	for RHD
      	Screw
      	Connector

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

   4. Remove the screw, detach the guide and remove the heater bracket.
