    REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

    REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B004UK4 Connector

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws.

      Note:

      • Support the blower motor with fan sub-assembly so that it does not drop when performing this procedure.

      • Do not drop or subject the parts to any impact.

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Remove the blower motor with fan sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Make sure there is no interference with the fan as it will impact the cooling performance.

    REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING UNIT PACKING

      When reusing the blower motor with fan sub-assembly:


      1. Remove the No. 2 cooling unit packing from the blower motor with fan sub-assembly.
