DESCRIPTION

The hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly sends signals such as A/T information signals, dynamic radar cruise control operation signals, brake operation demand signals, and buzzer operation demand signals to the skid control ECU assembly when the dynamic radar cruise control is operating. Therefore, if the skid control ECU assembly detects a communication error with the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly, it sends a malfunction signal back to the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly.

  • While the vehicle speed is 36 km/h (22 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly continuously receives a logical error signal from the skid control ECU assembly for approximately 1 second or more.

w/ Full-speed range following function:


  • While the vehicle speed is 5 km/h (3 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly continuously receives a logical error signal from the skid control ECU assembly for approximately 1 second or more.

    CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Using the GTS, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

  2. Click here

    CHECK FOR DTCs (RADAR CRUISE 1)


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      1. Powertrain > Cruise Control > Clear DTCs


    2. Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

      Tip:

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

    3. Check for DTCs.
