HEIGHT CONTROL WAY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL WAY
1. *1 No. 8 Height Control Tube
  
  *2 Rear No. 8 Height Control Tube
  
  Connect the No. 8 height control tube and rear No. 8 height control tube.
  
  Click here
  Note
  
  Connect the height control tube uniformly in alphabetical order.
  
  Replace the O ring, plate and No. 2 connector with new ones.
2. Install the height control way with the bolt.
  
  Torque:
  
  5.4 N*m { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
3. Connect the connector.
CHECK CONNECTIONS OF TUBES FOR AIR LEAKAGE
1. Install the front wheel RH.

2. Check the connections of the tubes for air leakage.

3. Remove the front wheel RH.
  
  Click here
INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
1. Install the front fender liner RH with the 11 screws and 13 clips.

INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING RH
1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front fender wheel opening moulding RH.
INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER RH (for 2WD)
1. Attach the claw.
2. Install the engine side cover RH with the 4 clips.
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for AWD)

INSTALL TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER (for 2WD)

INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)

INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH

Click here
CHECK VEHICLE HEIGHT

Note

If the height control sensor link is removed, check the vehicle height.
1. Change the height control switch from the "NORM" position to the "HIGH" position and back to the "NORM" position again.
2. Measure the vehicle height.

ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT

Note

If the height control sensor has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height.
