PROCEDURE
INSTALL TIMING GEAR CASE OR TIMING CHAIN CASE OIL SEAL
Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain case or timing chain case oil seal.

Using SST and a hammer, tap in the timing chain case or timing chain case oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain cover assembly edge.

Note
Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
Do not tap in the timing gear case or timing chain case oil seal at an angle.
Do not tap in the timing gear case or timing chain case oil excessively.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT TIMING GEAR KEY
Install the crankshaft timing gear key to the crankshaft groove.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY ASSEMBLY
Align the crankshaft timing gear key with the key groove of the crankshaft pulley, and slide on the crankshaft pulley assembly.

Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley assembly and install the crankshaft pulley set bolt.
INSTALL OIL FILTER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

Install 2 new gaskets to the timing chain cover assembly.
Install the oil filter bracket with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Install the oil filter bracket stay with the 2 bolts.
Connect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 8 water by-pass hose and slide the 2 clips to secure them.
INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
INSTALL AIR CLEANER WITH ELEMENT ASSEMBLY RH
INSTALL AIR CLEANER WITH ELEMENT ASSEMBLY LH
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
ADD ENGINE COOLANT
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR
