  1. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Position Memory System)

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the rubber band of the separate type front seatback cover.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT FRONT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the clip.

      Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (w/o Vertical Adjuster)

      Disengage the 3 claws.

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and slightly pull the front seat cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

      Disconnect the front power seat switch connector to remove the front seat cushion shield.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD (w/o Vertical Adjuster)

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the front seat inner cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (w/ Vertical Adjuster)

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and slightly pull the front seat cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

      Disconnect the front power seat switch connector to remove the front seat cushion shield.

  10. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  11. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

  12. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER SHIELD CLAMP BRACKET (w/ Vertical Adjuster)

      Remove the 2 screws and seat adjuster shield clamp bracket from the front seat cushion shield.

  14. REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 SEAT TRACK SPACER (for LH Side)

      1. Disengage the claw and 2 guides to remove the lower No. 3 seat track spacer from the front seat cushion shield.

  15. REMOVE LOWER NO. 4 SEAT TRACK SPACER (for LH Side)

      1. Disengage the claw and 2 guides to remove the lower No. 4 seat track spacer from the front seat inner cushion shield.

  16. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 SEAT TRACK SPACER (for RH Side)

        Pull up the pin of the seatback cover hook as shown in the illustration and remove the seatback cover hook.

        Slide the bracket as shown in the illustration to disengage the hook and disconnect the bracket from the seat cover hanger.

  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 9 claws and remove the separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  28. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR


    1. w/o Vertical Adjuster:


      1. Remove the 2 front seatback edge protectors from the front seatback spring sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Vertical Adjuster:


      1. Remove the 2 front seatback edge protectors from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

  29. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SEATBACK HOOK

      Remove the 2 front No. 2 seatback hooks from the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

  30. REMOVE FRONT SEAT NO. 2 WIRE


    1. Disconnect each connector and disengage each clamp to remove the front seat No. 2 wire.

  31. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      1. Disengage the claw to separate the connector holder as shown in the illustration.

      1. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Disengage the 10 hooks and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad from the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 14 claws and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad as shown in the illustration.
