RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  4. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX DUCT

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 clips.

      Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. Turn back the floor carpet as shown in the illustration so that the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly can be removed.

    4. Disconnect each connector.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts.

    6. Disengage each clamp and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
