INJECTOR DRIVER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER

   Note

   Be careful not to drop or strike the injector driver.

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Lock Lever
      *b	Injector Driver Connector (with Lock)
      	Bolt
      	Nut

      Install the injector driver to the intake manifold with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the 2 injector driver connectors.

   3. Connect the injector driver connector (with lock) and move the lock lever to engage the lock of injector driver connector (with lock) as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Securely connect the injector driver connector (with lock) and engage the lock.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP WITH NO. 2 AIR CLEANER HOSE

4. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

   Click here

5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   Click here

7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

   Click here

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
