HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Single Beam Headlight) INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VUW1C01
      B005OOA Install in this Direction

      Engage the guide to temporarily install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01VTJ5C01
      *a Bolt <A>
      *b Bolt <B>
      *c Screw
      B005OOA Pull Back in this Direction

      Pull back the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top and install the screw as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the headlight assembly with the 2 bolts <A> and bolt <B>.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }
    4. A01VXMVC01
      *a Connector Lock Lever
      B005OOA Connect in this Direction

      Connect the connector and raise the connector lock lever to engage the claw and lock the connector as shown in the illustration.

    5. Remove the protective tape.

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY TOP


    1. A01VUPP

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

    2. Install the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top with the center hood cushion and clip.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

  5. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
