The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during tire pressure warning ECU and receiver removal/installation are shown below.

  • When DTC detection conditions of "transmitter ID not received" DTC are met, TPWS indicator blinks for 1 minute, and then illuminates

  37. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER

    Note


    • Do not drop the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver, strike it with tools or subject it to impact.

    • If the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver is subjected to an impact, replace it with a new one.


    1. w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:


      1. B005OGJ

        Remove the bolt.

      2. Disengage the 2 guides.

      3. Disconnect the connector to remove the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    2. w/ Rear No. 2 Seat for Upper Side:


      1. Remove the bolt.

      2. B005L81

        Disengage the 2 guides.

      3. Disconnect the 2 connectors to remove the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    3. w/ Rear No. 2 Seat for Lower Side:


      1. B005OSB

        Remove the bolt.

      2. Disengage the 2 guides.

      3. Disconnect the connector to remove the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.
