RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

    Click here

  8. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. A01VZCA

        Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. A01W5BQ

        Disengage the 7 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A01VZN9

      Disengage the 7 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01W1B7

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for Glass Roof:


      1. A01W0PB

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO. 4 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)


    1. w/o Roof Antenna:


      1. A01W4ON

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Roof Antenna:


      1. A01VZF7

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 4 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01VZH6

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for Glass Roof:


      1. A01W17E

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly.
