TCM INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TCM


    1. Temporarily install the TCM to the automatic transaxle assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. B001OGYE05

      Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 115 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
    3. B001NPY

      Connect the connector to the TCM.

    4. Turn the lock lever and secure the connector with the lock lever.

  2. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

  3. INSTALL BATTERY

  4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER

  8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

    Click here

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  10. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SYSTEM

    Note

    If automatic transaxle parts have been replaced, refer to Parts Replacement Compensation Table to determine if any additional operations are necessary Click here.
