REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

   Click here

3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

   Click here

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

   Click here

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

   Click here

6. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH.

7. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

9. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

10. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

11. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

    Click here

12. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT SET (w/o Rear Sunshade)

    Click here

13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

    
    

    1. 

       Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

       Tech Tips

       Use the same procedure for the other 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

14. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER

    
    

    1. 

       Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the child restraint seat tether anchor cover.

       Tech Tips

       Use the same procedure for the other child restraint seat tether anchor cover.

15. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade)

    
    

    1. 

       Disengage the 3 clips.

    2. Disengage the 5 guides.

    3. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.

16. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade)

    
    

    1. 

       Disengage the 3 clips.

    2. Disengage the guide.

    3. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

    
    

    1.

       *1	Protective Tape

       Using a screwdriver, pull out the locking button in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration to release the lock, and disconnect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.

       Tech Tips

       Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. 

       Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat 3 point outer belt assembly LH.

18. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
