PURGE VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

  2. REMOVE PURGE VSV

      *A w/ Canister Pump Module
      *B w/o Canister Pump Module

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the purge VSV connector.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.

      Note

      Carefully disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose while holding the purge VSV by hand.

      Remove the screw and purge VSV.
