PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY RH

  5. REMOVE AIR BY-PASS VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. for Bank 1:


      1. B006E0B

        Disconnect the connector from the air by-pass valve assembly.

      2. B006FLX

        Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts and air by-pass valve assembly shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Replace with a new part if the part is dropped or subjected to a strong impact.

    2. for Bank 2:


      1. B006CL7

        Remove the 2 bolts to disconnect the connector and wire harness.

      2. B0069MB

        Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts and air by-pass valve assembly shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Replace with a new part if the part is dropped or subjected to a strong impact.
