INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY - COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY)

    1. for LH Side

      1. Disconnect the q4 door control relay assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the H20 combination meter assembly connector.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        q4-26 (SPD) - H20-6 (+S) Always Below 1 Ω
q4-26 (SPD) or H20-6 (+S) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
    2. for RH Side, w/ Power Slide Door

      1. Disconnect the I4 door control relay assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the H20 combination meter assembly connector.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        I4-26 (SPD) - H20-6 (+S) Always Below 1 Ω
I4-26 (SPD) or H20-6 (+S) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
