PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT HEATER RADIATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B007QW4E01

      Remove the heater radiator sub-assembly and disconnect the connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      e1-1 - e2-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      e1-2 - e2-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      e1-3 - e2-2 Always Below 1 Ω

      If the resistance value is not specified, replace the rear blower resistor.
