FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

    1. B512217

      Engage the 2 claws to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. Install the headlight assembly LH.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      64 N*m

      653 kgf*cm

      47 ft.*lbf

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. B512195

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EMBLEM BASE

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

    1. B512192

      Engage the guide and 3 claws to install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem to the front bumper emblem base.

      Engage the 4 claws.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING

    1. Engage the 24 claws to install the front bumper moulding to the front bumper extension.

    2. Engage the 8 claws.

  9. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

  10. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

    1. B512188

      Engage the 6 claws to install the lower radiator air deflector to the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

    2. Engage the 20 claws.

      Install the 2 screws.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT

      Engage the 5 claws to install the No. 1 cool air intake duct.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Hook

      Engage the hook.

    2. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION INSERT LH

    1. B512183

      Engage the 7 claws to install the No. 2 front bumper extension insert LH.

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION INSERT RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. INSTALL FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL

      Engage the 2 guides and 9 clips to install the front hood to end panel seal.

  16. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER

    1. w/o Front Side Spoiler:

        Install the front spoiler cover with the 6 screws.

    2. w/ Front Side Spoiler:

      1. B512889

        Install the front spoiler cover with the 4 screws.

  17. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR LH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

      Install the No. 2 front side spoiler protector LH with the 4 screws.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR RH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  20. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the fog light cover LH with the screw.

  22. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
