DESCRIPTION

C195B or C195D is output when an open circuit is detected in the motor circuit of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly from the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly.

  • When the engine switch is turned on (IG) and before active stabilizer suspension system control starts, a short to the motor circuit of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly or an internal malfunction occurs in the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly continuously for 1.2 seconds or more

  • When the engine switch is turned on (IG), a short to the motor circuit of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly or an internal malfunction occurs in the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly continuously for 0.2 seconds or more

  • Failure to remove fuse for freight car transport

When the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly or front active stabilizer control actuator assembly are replaced, perform motor rotation angle sensor calibration (Front Stabilizer).

  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Using the GTS, check for DTCs.

  2. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Check that front active stabilizer control ECU assembly connector is not loose or disconnected.

  3. INSPECT FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Disconnect connector z43 of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly from the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly.

    3. Check the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      z43-2 (U) - Body ground Always 100 kΩ or higher
      z43-1 (V) - Body ground Always 100 kΩ or higher
      z43-3 (W) - Body ground Always 100 kΩ or higher
    4. Using a milliohmmeter, check the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly.

      Standard Resistance

      z43-2 (U) - z43-1 (V) Always 96 to 212 mΩ
      z43-1 (V) - z43-3 (W) Always 96 to 212 mΩ

    5. Connect connector z43 of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly to the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly.

  4. CHECK FUSE (STAB CUT)


    1. Check for a STAB CUT fuse at the No. 2 engine room relay block.

    1. Remove STAB CUT fuse from the No. 2 engine room relay block.
