FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    1. B371035C01
      V100155

      Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

    2. B371036

      Remove the 2 clips.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    3. B371037

      Pull back the edge of the front fender liner LH and remove the clip.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front fender liner LH.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    4. B371039

      Remove the 7 screws.

    5. B371040

      Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Moulding Remover

      Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and using a moulding remover, disengage the claw as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. w/ Fog Light, Daytime Running Light:

        w/ Fog Light

        *B

        w/ Daytime Running Light

        Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and disconnect each connector as shown in the illustration.

        Note:

        Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove the 7 clips and front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
