REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Center) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH


    1. A005AKM

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and clip to remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and clip to remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT BEZEL COVER

      Remove the screw and rear No. 1 seat bezel cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 5 hooks.

    2. A005BNT

      Disengage each hook and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    2. A005DM0

      Remove the 16 hog rings and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seat cushion pad sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD


    1. Hold the rear seatback board at the position shown in the illustration.

    2. Push the rear seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration.

    3. Pull the rear seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to disengage the claw (A).

    4. Disengage the claw (B).

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure as for the claw (A).

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback board as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screw driver with its tips wrapped with protective tape, disengage the guide and claw, and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. A005EXW

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A005BVP

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    2. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    3. A005AZS

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    4. A005BB7

      Disengage the hook.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the hook.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    7. Remove the No. 1 seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 9 hog rings and remove the No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seatback pad sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat reclining cover LH.

  16. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 guides <A>.

    2. Disengage the claw.

    3. Disengage the guide <B> and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 guides <A>.

    2. Disengage the claw.

    3. Disengage the guide <B> and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover RH as shown in the illustration.

  19. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the reclining remote control cable assembly.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

      Operate the rear seat track adjusting handle to slide the rear seat adjuster so that each rear seat track adjusting handle hole can be seen through each rear seat adjuster hole as shown in the illustration.

      Insert a screwdriver into the rear seat adjuster hole as shown in the illustration and disengage the 2 claws.

    3. Remove the rear seat track adjusting handle from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
