PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

    1. B371067

      Engage the 2 claws to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. Install the headlight assembly LH.

      Click here

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B371066

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      64 N*m

      653 kgf*cm

      47 ft.*lbf

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. B371065

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER

    1. w/o Front Side Spoiler:

      1. B371061

        Install the front spoiler cover with the 6 screws.

    2. w/ Front Side Spoiler:

      1. B521072

        Install the front spoiler cover with the 4 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR LH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

    1. B371064

      Install the No. 2 front side spoiler protector LH with the 4 screws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR RH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION

    1. Engage the 34 claws to install the front bumper extension.

  9. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

    1. B371056

      Engage the 3 claws and guide to install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem to the front bumper emblem base.

      Engage the 4 claws.

  10. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Engage the 14 claws to install the upper radiator grille.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT

    1. B371053

      Engage the 5 claws and guide to install the No. 1 cool air intake duct.

  12. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

    1. B371052

      Engage the 4 claws and guide to install the lower radiator air deflector to the lower radiator grille.

    2. B371051

      Install a new clip.

    3. Engage the 22 claws.

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Engage the hook.

    2. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the front bumper end retainer LH with the clip.

  15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. INSTALL FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL

      Engage the 9 clips to install the front hood to end panel seal.

  17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Daytime Running Light)

      Install the front bumper hole cover assembly LH with the 2 screws.

  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Daytime Running Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT BRACKET LH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

  20. INSTALL DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT BRACKET RH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Engage the 3 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.
