HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. E281659

      Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washeractuator sub-assembly LH as shown in theillustration.

      Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B to install it.

      Secure the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

      Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B to install it.

      Secure the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL TYPE1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  4. INSTALL TYPE1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

    1. Attach the 5 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose to the lower radiator grille.

    2. Connect the headlight cleaner hose to the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
