Note

When the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly or front active stabilizer control actuator assembly are replaced, perform motor rotation angle sensor calibration (Front Stabilizer).

  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Using the GTS, check for DTCs.

      Click here


      Chassis > Front Stabilizer > Trouble Codes

  2. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Check that front active stabilizer control ECU assembly connector is not loose or disconnected.

      OK
      The connector is not loose or disconnected.

  3. CLEAR DTC


    1. Using the GTS, clear the DTC.

      Click here


      Chassis > Front Stabilizer > Clear DTCs
    2. Turn the engine switch off.

  4. PERFORM MOTOR ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR CALIBRATION (FRONT STABILIZER)


    1. Perform motor rotation angle sensor calibration (Front Stabilizer) and check the operation of the front active stabilizer.

    1. Check "Motor Resolver SIN Phase Offset" and "Motor Resolver COS Phase Offset" in the Freeze Frame Data.

  7. INSPECT FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Disconnect connector z44 of the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly from the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly.

    3. Check the front active stabilizer control actuator assembly.
