FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A005P3LC01
      B008LJK Install in this Direction

      Engage the claw to install the front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. A005PBUC01
      *a Bolt
      *b Screw

      Install the screw.

    3. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE LH

      B008LJK Install in this Direction (1)
      B008KJ9 Install in this Direction (2)

      Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH

      B008LJK Install in this Direction (1)
      B008KJ9 Install in this Direction (2)

      Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide RH as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET LH


    1. A005P2M

      Install the front bumper bracket LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A005OHS

      Install the No. 2 front bumper reinforcement with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A005ON4

      Install the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A005PW0

      Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the wire harness clamps.

  11. INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER

      B008LJK Install in this Direction

      Install the lower front bumper absorber as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

      B008LJK Install in this Direction

      Install the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

      B008LJK Install in this Direction

      Install the No. 1 radiator to support seal as shown in the illustration.

    2. A005PSW

      Engage the wire harness clamp and install the 2 clips.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER

      B008LJK Install in this Direction

      Engage the claws to install the No. 1 radiator grille retainer as shown in the illustration.

  15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER


    1. A005ODS

      Engage the claws and guides to install the front bumper lower cover.

    2. A005OT2C01
      *a Outside Moulding Retainer
      *b Clip
      *c Grommet

      Install the 2 clips and 8 outside moulding retainers.

    3. Install the 8 grommets.

  16. INSTALL INNER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Engage the claws to install the inner radiator grille as shown in the illustration.

  17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. for Extension Mounting Bracket Type A:

        B008LJK Install in this Direction

        Engage the claws to install the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

      2. A005QE8

        Install the 2 screws.

    2. for Extension Mounting Bracket Type B:


      1. A005P1FC01
        B008LJK Install in this Direction

        Engage the claws to install the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

      2. A005PRE

        Install the 2 screws.

  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER


    1. A005OB9

      Engage the hook to install the front bumper hole cover.

    2. A005PC9

      Engage the claws.

  19. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A005PI0

      Engage the claws to install the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the opposite side.

  20. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

      Engage the claws to install the front bumper side mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

      Install the screw and clip.

  21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH

  22. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Install the fog light cover LH with the 3 screws.

      Install the fog light cover LH with the 3 screws.

      Engage the guide to install the fog light assembly LH.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  30. INSTALL WASHER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Engage the clamps to install the washer hose.
