UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 3 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. Disengage each clamp and remove the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER

      Remove the 5 screws <D> and instrument panel safety pad retainer.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005DQ6

      Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the instrument panel cushion.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

  10. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.

  11. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
