EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (Sensor 2)

  2. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    1. A322690

      Remove the 2 bolts and tail exhaust pipe assembly from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Disconnect the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports.

    3. Remove the gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    1. A322691

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

    2. Remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports.

    3. Remove the gasket from the exhaust manifold (TWC: Catalyst).
