RADIATOR GRILLE(for Sedan) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR COVER

      Remove the 4 clips and radiator cover.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the radiator grille sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the bolt and 2 clips.

    3. B350493

      Disengage the 6 claws and 2 guides to remove the radiator grille sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      Disengage the 9 clips to remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  4. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 7 claws to remove the upper radiator grille.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  6. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and 4 guides to remove the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

  7. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and 4 guides to remove the center radiator grille moulding LH.

  9. REMOVE CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
