PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY BOLT

  2. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY ASSEMBLY LH

  3. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL DOOR DUST PROOF SEAL

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the door dust proof seal.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the other 2 door dust proof seals.

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR DAMPER ASSEMBLY

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the back door damper assembly with the 3 bolts.

  6. INSTALL BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION

    1. B350260

      Engage the 2 claws to install 2 new back door panel cushions.

  7. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET

  8. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

  17. INSTALL BACK DOOR PANEL NO. 2 PROTECTOR

    1. Clean the back door panel sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new back door panel No. 2 protector.

      Tip:

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      Double-sided Tape

      Engage the 2 clips and install the back door panel No. 2 protector.

  18. INSTALL BACK DOOR PANEL NO. 1 PROTECTOR

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the back door panel No. 2 protector.

  19. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 11 clips to install the back door trim panel assembly.

  20. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE

      Engage the 4 claws to install the door pull handle.

      Tip:

      • With the back door fully open, install the door pull handle so that the arrow on the backside of door pull handle points up.

      • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  21. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

      Engage the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the back door side garnish LH.

  22. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  23. INSTALL REAR WASHER NOZZLE

  24. INSPECT REAR WASHER NOZZLE

    Click here

  25. ADJUST REAR WASHER NOZZLE

    Click here

  26. INSTALL CENTER STOP BRACKET

      Engage the 2 clips to install the 2 center stop brackets.

      Engage the 2 center stop light clips as shown in the illustration.

  27. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws to install the back door upper trim panel assembly.
