HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

    2. Detach the 5 clamps and remove the hose from the lower radiator grille.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown inthe illustration.

    2. E281654

      Pull down the headlight cleaner clamp B and remove it.

    3. Push the tab shown by arrow 1, detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    2. E281657

      Pull down the headlight cleaner clamp A and remove it.

    3. Push the tab shown by arrow 1, detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.
