INJECTOR DRIVER (for DPF) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER (for LHD)

  3. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. A01DWVI

        Disconnect the 4 connectors.

      2. Remove the 2 bolts and injector driver assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A01DXEE

        Disconnect the 4 connectors and detach the wire harness clamp.

      2. Remove the 3 bolts and injector driver assembly.

  4. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET
