PROCEDURE
REMOVE RADIATOR COVER PLATE
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
for HFC-134a(R134a):
for HFO-1234yf(R1234yf):
REMOVE PIPING CLAMP (for Rear Side)

| *2 | Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe A |
Install SST to the piping clamp as shown in the illustration.

Hold the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A with each hand and push in SST with both thumbs.
Note
Do not apply excessive force to the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly or cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A as they may bend.

Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
Remove the piping clamp from SST.
Disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Note
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
REMOVE PIPING CLAMP (for Front Side)

Install SST to the piping clamp as shown in the illustration.

Hold the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A and liquid tube sub-assembly A with each hand and push in SST with both thumbs.
Note
Do not apply excessive force to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A or liquid tube sub-assembly A as they may bend.

Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Remove the piping clamp from SST.
Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the liquid tube sub-assembly A.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the liquid tube sub-assembly A.
Note
