FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Power Seat) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the clamp. c.

    2. A005CG2

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield from the clip as shown in the illustration.

    4. A005ABR

      Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield.

      Remove the clip.

  3. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Remove the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY


    1. A005A99

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps to disconnect the No. 1 front seat wire.

    3. A0059YX

      Disengage the clip.

    4. Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    5. Disengage the 5 claws to separate the front seat cushion shield assembly.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    7. Disengage the clamp to remove the front seat cushion shield assembly.

  5. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  6. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

  7. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH

  8. REMOVE LUMBAR SWITCH (POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT SEAT WIRE

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 clamps to remove the No. 1 front seat wire from the front seat cushion shield.

  10. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the front inner seat cushion shield.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A005BMO

      Disconnect the rubber band.

    2. A005AZT

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A005F48

        Disengage the 3 clamps.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A005E6Z

        Disconnect the connector.

    5. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Disengage the clamp to separate the seat heater wire harness.

    6. Disengage the fastener to separate the side airbag wire harness.

      Disengage the 2 hooks as shown in the illustration.

    8. Disengage each hook as shown in the illustration and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad from the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A005ANG

      Remove the 2 hog rings

    2. A005DW0

      Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A005AIP

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Remove the 3 hog rings to disconnect the 2 fastening rubbers.

      Turn back the separate type front seatback cover, remove the nut, and separate the bracket of the separate type front seatback cover.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad from the separate type front seatback spring assembly.

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 5 hog rings.

      Remove the 2 hog rings to disconnect the fastening rubber.

    3. Remove the separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SEAT WIRE


    1. A005BTC

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps to remove the No. 2 front seat wire from the separate type front seatback spring assembly.

  16. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH from the separate type front seatback spring assembly.

  17. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH


    1. A005EIA

      Disengage the hook as shown in the illustration.

    2. A005AKC

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the clip to remove the front seat lower cushion shield LH from the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

  19. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  20. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR


    1. A005CT0

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 2 front seat cushion protector from the separate type front seatback spring assembly.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 front seat cushion protector.

  22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 4 guides to remove the separate type front seatback spring assembly from the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.
