Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. for Automatic Transmission:


      1. A01LBPGC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction (1)
        B0068NX Install in this Direction (2)

        Attach the guide to install the console box assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. A01LDZ4

        Install the 4 screws.

      3. Connect the connector.

      4. A01LB0B

        Install the 2 bolts.

    2. for Manual Transmission:


      1. A01LCRDC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction (1)
        B0068NX Install in this Direction (2)

        Attach the guide to install the console box assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. A01LF99

        Install the 4 screws.

      3. Connect the connector.

      4. A01LB0B

        Install the 2 bolts.

  2. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CARPET


    1. A01L93Z

      Install the console box carpet.

  3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Rear Register Duct:


      1. A01L9V3C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw and clip to install the rear console end panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. w/ Rear Register Duct:


      1. A01LCL9C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw and clip to install the rear console end panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Automatic Transmission:


      1. A01LFLBC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Connect the connector.

      2. Attach the guide and clip to install the upper console panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      3. Fasten the zip fastener of the parking brake hole cover sub-assembly.

        Tech Tips


        • Before installing, make sure to move the shift lever to N.

        • Make sure that the upper console panel and parking brake hole cover are securely installed.

        • Make sure that the parking brake hole cover and parking brake lever are securely installed.

    2. for Manual Transmission:


      1. A01LCWSC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Connect the connector.

      2. Attach the guide and clip to install the upper console panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      3. Fasten the zip fastener of the parking brake hole cover sub-assembly.

        Tech Tips


        • Make sure that the upper console panel and parking brake hole cover are securely installed.

        • Make sure that the parking brake hole cover and parking brake lever are securely installed.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Automatic Transmission:

        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the shift lever knob sub-assembly and twist it as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Manual Transmission:


      1. A01LE3WC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the shift lever knob sub-assembly and twist it as shown in the illustration.

      2. A01LCU8C01
        *a Double Stitch
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Connect the shifting hole cover and twist it as shown in the illustration.

        Tech Tips

        Make sure that the double stitch is in the position shown in the illustration.
