PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY

    1. Check that there is ventilation from the booster side to the engine side, and no ventilation from the engine side to the booster side.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the vacuum hose assembly.

      Tip:

      The brake vacuum check valve assembly is a component of the vacuum hose assembly. If the brake vacuum check valve assembly is malfunctioning, replace the vacuum hose assembly.
