OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING


    1. A004HVR

      Remove the front oil pump body O-ring from the oil pump assembly.

  2. FIX OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY

      *1 Torque Converter Assembly

      Place the oil pump assembly on the torque converter assembly.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING


    1. A004H7Y

      Remove the 3 clutch drum oil seal rings.

  4. REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL


    1. Remove the oil pump assembly from the torque converter assembly.

      *a Cut Position

      Using a knife, cut through the oil seal lip.

    3. Using a screwdriver with its tip taped, pry out the front oil pump oil seal.

      Note

      Do not damage the bushing or oil pump body.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
